2. The following documents (regarding the aircraft which has been noise certified the document referred to in the second column is not necessary) shall accompany the application under the preceding paragraph;
(1)Copy of airworthiness certificate;
(2)Specification;
(3)Technical record on repair or alteration;
(4)Flight manual;
(5)Documents describing reference materials in addition to the preceding documents.
(Operating Limitations related to Aircraft Noise Certification)
Article 35. The operating limitations specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 20 paragraph 2 of the Law, are as follows;
(1)Maximum take-off weight and maximum landing weight;
(2)Operating limitation on power plant;
(3)Operating limitation on automatic control system;
(4)Operating limitation on instruments, flight control system and other systems.
2. Designation under Article 20 paragraph 2 of the Law shall be established by describing items in subparagraphs of the preceding paragraph in the aircraft noise certificate.
(Noise Standards)
Article 36. The standards as specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of
Transport under Article 20 paragraph 3 of the Law are the standards in the right side column corresponding to the classification of the aircraft in the left side column of the following table.
